National Catholic Forester 18 Indiana Fraternal Alliance (IFA) Rita Schneider from St. Joseph Court 513 in Hammond, indiana represented the National Catholic Society of Foresters at the IFA Meeting in Kokomo, Indiana on August 23rd and 24th. Linda ortiz wrote, "We are so proud of Hollie, and what this award represents. it shows that volunteerism and community spirit is still alive and successfully being nurtured in our youth. Hollie designated the $100 award for her achievement to the Social Concerns Committee at her parish, Christ The King Catholic Church in Moline, Illinois. Pictured on Hollie's shirt is Fr. Dan Mirabelli, who has been the spiritual director and heart of Alleman Catholic High School in Rock Island, Illinois, for 50 years. Hollie is in her sophomore year at alleman. Thank you to the high court for providing the opportunity for recognition of our junior members. We can be proud of the generation that is to come."
