St. Theresa Court 1057, Denmark, WI Court 1057 co-hosted a salad and sandwich supper with St. Joseph–St. John Rosary Society. They raised $881.76 and the Society matched $750. Funds raised will benefit St. Joseph–St. John Rosary Society to help with the purchase of tables for the kitchen and hall. Scholarship Applications, DUE January 30 The application is an all-in-one form for College, In-college, and Occupational Training scholarship applications. Court Audit Report and Worksheet, DUE February 15 The court audit is the responsibility of the audit committee and court treasurer. The books and accounts of the court must be audited every 12 months. Return your forms with one year (12 months) of bank statements. Court Activity Forms, DUE February 15 The court activity form is the responsibility of the court president and court secretary. Record the type of event and how many were held, volunteer hours for that event, and how much money was spent (disbursement). TIP: Use your 2018 court calendar to complete the court activity form. All activities and meetings tracked on the calendar can be easily transferred to the court activity form. Court Officer Elections, DUE February 15 A court holds their elections in January 2019.
