The pinot grigio, similar to an off-dry rosé, is made from grapes selected from a number of California vineyards. On the palate, strawberries and white peach balance with a crisp acidity, according to the company. The red moscato combines California moscato and merlot, and is rich with strawberry and cherry aromas, according to the company. Vina Pomal Crianza 2009 and Zaco 2010 are the two newest wines from Aveniu Brands, a line of wines from Bodegas Bilbainas, the largest vineyard owner in Haro, Spain. The Crianza is made from 100% tempranillo and aged 12 months in American Oak, while the Zaco is also made from 100% tempranillo and offers fresh red berries, notes of licorice and undertones of spice. Both wines have a suggested retail price of $15. Wolfgang Puck Wines has added a red blend to its lineup of four varietals (cabernet sauvignon, merlot, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc). The wines are created by the Indelicato family, owners of California's DFV Wines. Averaging $15 per bottle, a portion of the wines' proceeds is donated to the Keep Memory Alive Foundation, which raises awareness and funds in support of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
