A la ba m a Cou ncil of A s s o c i a t i o n E x ec u t i v e s Alabama Council of Association Executives The Alabama Council of Association Executives is involved in all types of projects and activities designed to enhance the association management field. The membership consists of more than 400 professional association management personnel, hotel and motel representatives, convention and visitor bureau representatives and numerous vendors and suppliers. ACAE sponsors regular educational seminars, offering numerous training opportunties for the membership as well as three major membership events each year. ACAE also provides compensation survey, a Meeting Planners Guide, and a quarterly newsletter that contains articles and information of interest to all association, governmental affairs and hospitality personnel. These membership events consist of a trade show in the form of a Golf Outing, the Annual Convention and a Winter Workshop. We also sponsor a monthly Lunch & Learn meeting where interesting speakers address a myriad of topics. We hope you will find the 2013 ACAE Membership Directory a helpful reference tool. The format of this year's Directory has many features that should prove beneficial such as the cross reference of members by association/company name, ACAE membership applications, ACAE by-laws and a list of frequently called numbers.
