Saving the best for last, I want to off er my personal "so long" to Nancy Estes, who is retiring this year. She and I are both "Ron Clemens' recruits." It has been one of my greatest pleasures, both personally and professionally, to know and work with Nancy for so many years. I have been honored to author this column, to speak at many of our conventions and to work with her to solve problems – from plagues of "caterpillars" to leases, through reorganizations and many other projects. It has been one of my personal and professional high points for 20+ years. I will sorely miss our regular exchanges for the Universal and the conventions. I wish nothing but the very best to you, Nancy. Have fun and stay safe. ●
