Milwaukee is the setting
for a series of ethnic and
cultural festivals. The
unprecedented challenge
of the global pandemic
prevented some of these
festivals to take place this
year; however, you can still
enjoy their signature dishes
at these restaurants.
1. CAFE HOLLANDER
A grand café in the style of those
found throughout the Low Coun-
tries, especially the "Benelux" re-
gion of Belgium, the Netherlands
and Luxembourg. From mussels
and frites in a paper cone, Café
Hollander integrates elements of
the Benelux region's rich culture.
