S'mores Bar Ingredients: Graham Crackers - halved Large Marshmallows Chocolate – Hershey's Bar, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, White Chocolate, or your favorite type! Candle or Sterno Skewers toast over an open flame. Place toasted marshmallow on graham cracker, top with your favorite chocolate, place remaining graham cracker over marshmallow and you have a delicious treat! Directions: Bring this campfire treat to any event! With a few simple ingredients, you can make this dessert as simple or extravagant as you would like. Skewer marshmallow and Pineapple Black Bean Quesadillas Ingredients: 8" Flour Tortillas 1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple 1 Can Black Beans, Rinsed ½ Jar Salsa ½ Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese Salt and Pepper cover mixture. Slice into four triangles. Heat at 350 degree in oven for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Served with sour cream, salsa and guacamole. Directions: Lay flour tortilla on prep surface.
