Whitewater a quick trip from... The rolling Kettle Moraine and beautiful farmland surround us, yet only 2 hours from Chicago, 45 minutes from Madison and 45 minutes from Milwaukee, Whitewater is convenient to visit for both Wisconsin and Illinois residents. Visiting residents and businesses find that Whitewater offers easy access to major highways. Whitewater is a short drive from General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, Dane County Regional Airport in Madison and Chicago's O'Hare International or Midway airports. There are also several private airports within 20 miles of Whitewater. The Whitewater Tourism Council held a ribbon cutting ceremony introducing the new information center. Visit the Discover Whitewater Information Center at 150 W. Main St. (located inside Daniels' Sentry Foods). Additional information and brochures are available at the Discover Whitewater Building located at 150 W. Main St.. Now Available Peel a Deal Enjoy over $300 in discounts with the new Whitewater Chamber Peel a Deal card. Cost of the Card is only $10.00 and all deals are valid until May 31st, 2014. The cards are available at the Discover Whitewater Chamber Office and surrounding businesses. Deals include discounts to hotels, bed & breakfast, restaurants, bicycle shops, bowling, fitness, newspaper subscriptions, jewelry, free watch battery, free lawn mower blade sharpening, discount on computer service, gifts, haunted house, shoes, wine, keys, green fees, tires and more.
