SUPPLIER NEW PRODUCTS New Coravin Wine Access System Coravin LLC of Burlington, Mass., recently launched the Coravin Wine Access System, a new technology that allows users to pour wine from bottles without pulling the cork. The system uses a thin, hollow needle that passes through the foil and cork to access the wine. The bottle is then pressurized with argon, which pushes wine into a glass. Seguin Moreau Offers Transparent Staves Seguin Moreau in Napa, Calif., has unveiled a newly patented advancement in oak tanks: vats fitted with food-quality transparent Plexiglas staves. Store inventory is synced with Hello Vino's database of tasting notes, ratings and pairings. Shoppers can also search for specific brands and locate them in the store.
