Articulated truck simulator ROLLOUTS Simformotion LLC rolls out a new Cat Simulators Articulated Truck System, which is set in a construction environment where operators can learn the same production applications found on actual worksites. The system features authentic controls combined with simulated applications to teach controls familiarization, machine walkaround, driving, hauling, braking, two loading methods, underloading, full production cycle, and an open training mode. Software records and reports the results of all simulation sessions so instructors and users can track progress. Simformotion LLC | www.simformotion.com Bucket crusher Atlas Copco introduces a line of bucket conveyors to its silent demolition tool range of hydraulic attachments. Said to lower the overall cost of a job by reducing the amount of equipment needed on site, the four new buckets were engineered with a wide aperture bucket and large capacity. The output size adjusts from 0.5 to 4.75 inches, with a slightly smaller output size in the smallest model. The bucket jaws, which receive the most wear, can be inverted. The top and bottom jaws can be replaced or single jaws can be rotated by 180 degrees to extend wear and service life. The units have just two grease points and a recommended greasing interval of 30 hours. Atlas Copco | www.atlascopco.us Atlas Copco— Your full-line hydraulic breaker source Need a breaker? No matter the size, we have what you need. Mobile leachate and wastewater system The Neptune Evaporator System, from Neptune Systems, offers a low-cost method for environmentally-sound leachate, storm water, and wastewater disposal. It offers on-site disposal at a cost of less than 1 cent per gallon by converting a liquid stream into an aerosol, which allows the water to evaporate while contaminants settle back in a narrow alley at the front of the evaporator. Mounted on a trailer for easy transport on site or to multiple locations, the unit processes an average of 4,000 gallons per hour and up to 9,000 gallons per hour in optimal conditions. Neptune Systems | www.neptunewash.com No matter which size you choose, Atlas Copco hydraulic breakers have a higher power-to-weight ratio and are more efficient than previous models. SB line—optimized for use on carriers in the 0.7 to 15-ton classes. MB line—designed for carrier weight classes from 10 to 32 tons. HB line—the heaviest breakers in the Atlas Copco range for use on carriers ranging from 22 to 140 tons. Call your dealer today to learn how you can increase your productivity, improve performance and decrease your total cost of ownership with the newest generation of hydraulic breakers from Atlas Copco.
