T:2.25" DRINK CULTURE PRODUCTS BEER Anchor Brewing has released BigLeaf Maple Autumn Red. The seasonal BigLeaf Maple Autumn Red will be available through October. MEET THE MESSENGER. Capacity: 22-3/4 oz. Newcastle Brown Ale is bringing back its Newcastle Werewolf limited-edition brew. The ale is brewed with rye malts, making it naturally blood-red in color. Werewolf stays true to the characteristics of Newcastle Bown Ale, the company says, but offers a seasonally advantageous palate, sweet berry fruit with roasted caramel notes up front, followed by a bite of bitterness from the Fuggle and Golding hops at the finish. Newcastle Werewolf, which has an ABV of 4.5%, is available nationally through October and priced comparably to Newcastle Brown Ale. WINE Third generation California vintner Cheryl Indelicato has added two new wines—Inspiration White and Inspiration Red—to the HandCraft Artisan Collection portfolio. Inspiration White is a delicate, aromatic blend of sauvignon blanc, viognier, riesling, moscato and pinot grigio, and has lovely hints of bright citrus, honeysuckle and green apple, according to the company. It describes Inspiration Red as a luscious blend of syrah, zinfandel, merlot, malbec and sangiovese, with rich aromas of spice, blackberry and plum—delicious on its own or with food. The two wines are available nationally at a suggested retail price of $12.99. Height: 9-3/8" XL Hermitage Glass Tortoise Creek has launched "Le Charmel," an estate-produced blend of 70% syrah and 30% grenache from the Costières de Nîmes region of the Rhône.
