Blaylock, LUTCF, RHU, REBU, CLTC attended Georgetown University and has over 30+ years in the financial services industry. She specializes in serving the insurance and investment needs of today's business owner. Elli is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant and holds other respected designations within the industry, as well. She stays abreast of market changes, through continuing education and extensive research. 12 She is responsible for plan development at Burke and Burke, and underwriting of employee benefits programs, as well as working closely with Long Term Care clients. Elli presents plans to owners and holds seminars on financial matters for businesses and individuals. D'Uva, CAE, MBA became the President of The Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Business (SOCAP) International. SOCAP International was established in 1973 to help shape the business community's response to changing consumer needs and expectations. The Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB) played a major role in the formation of SOCAP.  The CBBB authorized aid for the creation of a consumer relations group and sent a mailing to Fortune 500 companies asking for information on consumer affairs and the name of the person responsible for that function. SOCAP has produced studies, conference programming, magazine articles and website materials reflecting the latest trends in consumer affairs—including the increased focus on customer care, customer loyalty and retention, contact center management, globalization, sourcing strategies and technological developments. In addition to these national speakers, participate in lively discussions and training while attending additional panel and roundtable discussions.
