Dig up to 25 feet below the surface with a 6-inch maximum particle clearance with the Wolverine Class dredge from DSC Dredge. Measuring 68 feet long, the portable dredge is offered in a 10-inch discharge configuration and is composed of three parts: the center which includes the engine, pump compartment, and two side tanks. The three sections are molded together to form a single piece hull, and the dredge is equipped with a 440-horsepower Caterpillar diesel engine and offered standard with a Metso Minerals dredge pump and service pump. The dredge's cutter head has six smooth blades constructed of cast steel and drive by a reversible, variable speed capable hydraulic motor. A three-section hydraulic pump provides service to the cutter head motor, swing winches, spud winches and ladder winch. The hydraulic system, which is equipped with replaceable inline filters and protected by relief valves, holds up to 100 gallons. Kawasaki pioneered the Z-Link design to provide unmatched utility, high breakout force and efficiency in its loaders. A smaller, more affordable unit than the company's M15R, the M15RX still offers the same 15-inch capacity as the larger model. The M15RX's chambered air impeller system increases chip throwing velocity, while reducing dust and material blowback out of the infeed, enabling packing more into the chip truck and Morbark's TorqMax top feed wheel compression system generates more than 3,400 pound-feet of material pulling force. The unit features 8.2-pound 6-inch channel frame rails with 2- by 4-inch tubular steel frame with cross bracing, increasing structural strength while maintaining a low unit weight. EW
