McGaughey (pronounced McGoy) is an international business speaker, consultant and certified professional facilitator (CPF) serving industry associations, chambers of commerce and private industry clients since 2000. Pat's professional resume' includes fifteen years in broadcasting as an on-air personality, which is the foundation of his presentation style. As a program and sales manager, he turned three radio stations around financially and the all-important ratings.
