Retirement Plans New to the conference this year, Todd Thompson, director of the Business Products Group at Sentry Insurance Co., explains the different ways of allocating employer contri- butions into a retirement plan and some of the creative plan designs that can be utilized to motivate and reward specific employees or owners.
