RumChata, the rum cream
that combines rum with real
cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and
various spices that are all blended
with real dairy cream, has
launched a RumChata Summer
Iced Coffee Sampler Pack. The
pack includes two 8-oz. ready-to-
drink cans of Casa del Sol coffee
with a 750 ml bottle of RumChata.

consumers started. The pack is available in all 50
states at an average retail price of $19.95.
GIFFT wines is a 50-50 partnership
between Kathy Lee Gifford and family-
owned Scheid Family Wines, of
Monterey County. The venture has just
launched two new wines: GIFFT 2012
Estate Grown Monterey Chardonnay
($20 suggested retail) and GIFFT
2011 Estate Grown Monterey
Red Blend ($20). The Chardonnay,
made from 100% chardonnay
grapes, is balanced with good acidity,
and highlighted by tropical fruit fl avors. The
Red Blend (42% merlot, 25% petite sirah,
12% syrah and 10% petite verdot, and small
percentages of other varieties) is smooth and
fl avorful with a core of red fruit.
Bacardi's D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac debuted in
2012; the brand has a new ultra-premium line extension
just beginning to roll out into select U.S. markets:
D'USSÉ XO. This new complex, balanced
cognac is made from hand-selected eaux-de-
vie aged a minimum of 10 years in French oak
casks. A bouquet of blackberry, orange and dried
apricot is followed by tastes of hazelnut and
nutmeg, with apricot, orange and spice.
The balanced ¿ nish features chocolate and
nut. D'USSÉ XO is available in 750 ml
bottles with a suggested retail of $230.
Woodford Reserve, the "Offi cial
Bourbon of the Kentucky Derby"
for the past 16 years, is honoring this
year's Run for the Roses with the release of its 2014
Kentucky Derby commemorative bottle. This year's
limited-edition Woodford Reserve Kentucky
Derby bottle features the artwork of local
Louisville artist David O. Schuster. Sch uster's
image on the bottle is entitled "The 4th Turn,"
the fi nal stretch and last turn of the
Kentucky Derby. The commemorative
liter-size bottle is available nationwide at
a suggested retail price of $43.99.
Mionetto USA has introduced
a new Luxury Collection of Italian
porseccos and sparkling wines. The collection
includes three top-tier Mionetto wines, which
have had a packaging redesign: Valdobbiadene
Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Cuvée Sergio
1887 and Cuvée Sergio 1887 Rosé, all of
which have a suggested retail of $19. A fourth
wine, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di
Cartizze DOCG ($40), is slated for release in
time for the 2014 holiday season.
