Family fi rst. "Who wants to own a business if
you can't enjoy it with your family?" Dustin
Hanson says. "We follow that down all the
way through our employees. We want
everyone to have a solid family foundation
fi rst."

Fundamental fi nances. "We do everything
in our power to not borrow money, and
we make sure we can grow at a rate that
we can pay for and afford," Hanson says.
"By doing that, it keeps our fi nances in line,
and it keeps our cash fl ow available."

Confi dence and humility. "We need to be
confi dent, and we need to have pride in
what we do," Hanson says. "At the same
time, we need to show we're humble. We
need to remember where we came from,
and we need to remember where we
started, as well as what prompted us to
start a business."

Building relationships. "We're key on
building relationships with our clients,"
Hanson says. "We don't treat our customers
as just customers. We want to know who
they are, who their families are and what
they enjoy doing with their lives."

Being responsive. "We are a 24/7 business,"
Hanson says. "We take calls at any time. If
our client needs us, we're there regardless
of what is going on."
