David Frazier
of Kernersville,
N.C., became
the less-than-
truckload company's fourth
driver to achieve 3 million
consecutive accident-free
miles. Frazier, a 28-year driv-
ing veteran, started with Con-
way in 1987.

driver John
Hammon received the St.
Cloud, Minn.-based com-
pany's Class ACT Award
for volunteering to help with
ACT's first Wreaths Across
America load.
sCHnEidEr established its Haul of
Fame to recognize drivers for the
Green Bay, Wis.-based company
who have accumulated 3 million
consecutive safe driving miles or
20 years of safe driving without
an accident.
Inducted drivers are honored
on plaques that line a wall within
the company's headquarters, and
drivers also receive a copy of the
same plaque. There were 179
inaugural inductees. Schneider
expects to add 10 to 15 drivers
each year.
