Both made from 100% Mendoza fruit, the sauvignon blanc is a mix of pink grapefruit, wildflowers and passion fruit, while the malbec has flavors of fruit, marmalade of plum and cherry, according to the company. Both are available for a suggested retail price of $12 per bottle. Pernod Ricard USA has introduced a new line of spar- kling wines, Café de Paris. Established in 1967, the number-one French sparkling wine is made in Saint-Andre de Cubzac, in Bordeaux. Café de Paris is available in both pear and pomegranate flavors for a suggested retail price of $12.99 per bottle. Phillips Distilling Company has introduced UV Sugar Crush, a fruit candy-flavored vodka. Created in response to a rise in millennial generation nostalgia, the vodka is de- signed to invoke retro candies. Sugar Crush is available for a suggested retail price of $11.99 for a 750-ml. bottle. Smirnoff has rolled out two new Sorbet Light flavors: Summer Strawberry and White Peach. Both vodkas contain 78 calories per 1.5 oz. serving and are infused with natural fruit flavors. The two new flavors join Pineapple Coconut, Raspberry Pomegranate, Lemon and Mango Passion Fruit in the Sorbet Light line of vodkas. Summer Strawberry and White Peach are available for a suggested retail price of $15.99 for a 750-ml. bottle. 35 Maple Street Spirits has created Uncle Val's Restorative Gin, which joins the company's lineup of rum and whiskies. With flavors of Juniper, cu- cumber, lemon, sage and lavender, the gin is named after company president August Sebastian's Uncle Valerio. Uncle Val's is available for a suggested retail price of $39 for a 750-ml. bottle. Glenglassaugh Distillery and Anchor Distilling Company have introduced five new single malt whiskies: Revival, Evolution, Torfa, 30 Year Old and 40 Year Old. Revival has a suggested price of $64.99, Evolution has a price of $79.99 and Torfa is priced $74.99. The 30 year old Highland Single Malt has a suggested retail price of $500, while the 40 year old is available for $3,000 per bottle. PRODUCTS DRINK CULTURE
