Custom Rigs 60 | Overdrive | October 2014 A nna Sosnia never planned to be a truck driver until a few years ago when she saw an ad for truck driving school. She enrolled in it and now, driving for Silver State Lines, says the "random decision" was the "best thing I've ever done." Sosnia now pulls a dry van for two to three weeks at a time. "I feel pretty, but also good at what I do," she says. Sosnia was one of three finalists in this year's Overdrive's Most Beauti- ful contest. She attended the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas in August, where she was photographed at Overdrive's Pride & Polish. 'Random decision' pays off Brian Davis' 2005 Peterbilt 379 and matching 2012 Wilson trailer competed in the Pride & Polish National Championship finale in the Limited-Mileage Combo category at the Great American Trucking Show.
