More than 76% of Fund members were eligible for the dividend this year. In the past two years, between dividends and safety credits, the Fund has returned more than $40 million to qualifying members. The Fund, which will mark its 30th anniversary on October 1, 2014, is exclusively for members of the HBAA. The HBAA's online education portal, Builder University, has recently been redesigned to give users more flexibility in how they access education. The site offers a variety of educational courses that HBAA members can take from the convenience of their desktop and laptop computers, as well as on their mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads and Droid tablets. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is now offering its BAR (Builder Assessment Review) and PREP (Professional Remodeler Experience Profile) assessments online. The BAR and PREP are pre-requisites for earning the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designations, respectively. Previously only offered in person, the BAR and PREP may now be taken from the convenience of your home or office, with results available within 24 hours of completing the assessment.
