Performance Golf Stats Cost $0.99 Performance Golf Stats is a simple stats program that allows you to record details of your round of golf in an easy to follow manner. Unlike some other apps which have you fill out hole by hole, this app only requires you to fill out the total score. This app has four main sections, including: 'Clubhouse' - which is the home page giving a bar and chart graph of your total number of rounds played and stats for the last month of rounds recorded. There are 16 key areas of the game covered. 'Rounds Played' section which allows you to view each round individually and edit them if needed. Simply scroll through the list of rounds you've played to view the top bar graph. Light blue represents My GolfStats Cost $2.99 My GolfStats is a stats program which allows you to fill in your score hole by hole as you go. For an additional fee, this app allows users to upgrade and get an official USGA Handicap so your scores can get posted directly to the USGA site from your device. The main sections to this app include: 28 GOLF INFUZION MAGAZINE SEPTEMBER 2011 the overall stats, whilst the bottom graph (darker blue), represents the round you have just selected. You then click on the 'Scorecard' section when recording a new round. This section requires you to fill out 23 separate parts of the round - starting from score, fairways hit, scramble attempts to birdies, pars and bogeys. This is quite comprehensive and allows always for an accurate read on you stats. 'Edit Stats' is the last section of the app which allows you to modify your stats in a variety of ways. This allows you to pin point the key areas of your game that should be worked on by referencing. It also allows you to edit past stats from rounds played by modifying such things as course or event played. Overall this app is very comprehensive with 16 separate stats that can be recorded. A negative might be that the student would have to go back and recall and record all of these separate areas of the game (some people would struggle to do this) . - - - - - NEW GAME MY STATS MY GOALS CLUB DISTANCES TIPS When starting a round click on 'NEW GAME'. You can enter a new or existing course you may already have in the system and add Course Rating and Slop. Choose whether the hole is a Par 3, 4 or 5, then for each hole you record your Score, Fairways Hit, Greens in Regulation, Scrambling, Sand Saves and Putts. This is done for all holes by simply clicking on YES or NO until completed. Once 3 rounds are completed, you can review a graph of your progress in the 'MY STATS'
