x Square One Organic Spirits has added a fourth entry into its lineup of organic flavored vodkas with Square One Basil. Square One Basil flavored organic vodka is infused with the organic essence of four basil varieties - Genovese, Thai, Lemon and Sweet. Then a touch of organic corian- der, honeysuckle and lemongrass are added to balance the spirit's robust herbal nature, the company says. It is available in select markets across the U.S. and comes in 750 ml size bot- tles for a suggested retail price of $35 and in 50 ml sizes for $4.99. x Martini Moscato D'Asti is the latest wine from Bacardi. The new offering uses only 100% Moscato Bianco grapes from the Asti area in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. The wine pairs well with treats from the Turin area such as pralines or gorgonzola cheese, according to the company. It is available for a suggested retail price of $14.99 for a 750 ml. bottle. x Wilson Daniels has launched a new line of varietal wines made in California's Central Coast. The new Wilson Daniels Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are made from fruit from Santa Maria Valley, a cooler-climate region known for producing outstanding Burgundy vari- etal wines. The Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc are made from fruit from warmer Paso Robles, resulting in full-bodied, robust Bordeaux varietal wines, according to the company. The wines have suggested retail prices of $10-$15. x Van Gogh Vodka has added two new flavors to its extensive lineup: Rich Dark Chocolate and Cool Peach, both with a suggested retail price of $27 for a 750 ml bottle. Rich Dark Chocolate displays an intense chocolate fragrance with hints of coffee, nutmeg and spice, the company says, with a complex, dark cocoa taste and a slightly spicy finish. Cool Peach highlights the combi- nation of ripe peach complemented by a bright hit of mint, according to the company. x Laurent-Perrier Champagne has unveiled its latest vintage, the Brut Millésimé 2002, unusual in that vintage dates are declared only in the best years. Crafted from prestigious Crus (50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir), the Brut Millésimé 2002 was bottle-aged in its cellars in Tours-sur-Marne for nearly eight years before being disgorged prior to release. It pairs well with a range of seafood, the company says, including grilled scallops and mildly flavored fish. It has a suggested retail of $69.99.
