Located in the south- west Houston area, the office will compliment CPSG's existing long- time branch, located on 4601 South Pinemont in northwest Houston. The full-service, fully stocked of- fice intends to be more convenient to its existing customers in the area, as well as serving to introduce its prod- ucts, services and support to new area dealers, the company noted. Ryan Huyghe, chief operations officer for Controlled Products, stated that CPSG is excited for the opportu- nity to better serve its customers in the Houston area. He also commented that the additional location enhances CPSG's ability to provide the partic- ular type of service and support with which Controlled Prod- ucts prides itself. The official open date for CPSG Stafford is Jan. 5, 2015. Along with several planned educational and prod- uct seminars, the Staf- ford location will host an official open house on Feb. 26. The open house will feature table top dis- plays from industry vendors of their newest and most popular products. Lunch will be served, and there will be prizes and giveaways to those at- tending. ASA annual convention coming up in March SUBExcel 2015, the annual convention of the Amerian Subcontractors As- sociation (ASA), is slated for March 26-29, 2015, in Seattle, Wash. ASA's annual convention is the premier national education and network- ing event for subcontractors, including business-management education led by professional speakers, attorneys and advisors.
