Products being unveiled include: • BFT-CELLBOX-KP-FM cellu- lar call box with keypad entry (flush mount). • BFT-CELLVID-KP-WIFI – WIFI cellular call box with video and keypad entry. • BFT-CELL-MULTI-FM- Flush mount 500 user cell access system with keypad for apartment or business applications. • PHOBOS PRO-TUBE gate actu- ator for residential swing gates. BFT will introduce new flush mount models of its popular cellular access system. These models will al- low for easy installation in columns and apartment buildings. The systems come with an exter- nal antenna for remote mounting. A new Wi-Fi video model will be in- troduced that allows the homeowner to not only speak to the visitor from anywhere in the world but to see the visitor as well. The camera allows for 640 x 480 pixels with 100 degrees of viewing angle using the Wi-Fi net- work from the homeowner's residence with a 200 yard range. The phone access systems pro- vide entry to properties using cellular 3G GSM technology. This provides a cost savings for the installation based on the elimination of running phone wires from the home location and no home phone is needed. The system will call three num- bers sequentially. The caller can be identified and entry to the property can be made by the homeowner from anywhere in the world with a touch of a button. A 1,000 user keypad is included as well as a hold open feature. The system works with standard prepay or contract AT&T or T-Mobile SIM cards. BFT now includes at no charge a T-Mobile SIM card for ease of activa- tion and cost savings through a nation- ally discounted contract. It offers easy programming by SMS text messaging to the phone. A system with video for use with Android and Iphone based phones was to be demonstrated at the FENCE- TECH 2015 trade show, with avail- ability for this product in March. The new design of the Phobos Pro Tube residential swing gate actuator offers a robust operator suitable for gates up to 16 feet and 550 pounds. Enhancements in design offer the highest quality and reliability in the industry, according to BFT Americas, Inc. president Gary Goldstein. The new style limit switches offer ease of adjustment and accuracy on open and closed positions. BFT will offer two models of the Thalia UL control, and the Phobos systems will be available in kit form in the middle of 2015.
