NILES, Ohio – Niles Expanded Metals & Plastics has announced its acquisition of a new and second ex- panded metal manufacturing center at MetalSpand in Waurika, Oklahoma. Niles gained operational control of MetalSpand, Inc. on October 27, 2014. This new location will be oper- ating as MetalSpand by Niles. "We are counting on the Metal- Spand team of Tina, Johnny and Cliff as we grow to help with all our cus- tomers' expanded needs and more. We will work relentlessly to ensure the success of our newly acquired ex- panded metal manufacturing compa- ny," he said. Niles Fence & Security Products will also come to the Waurika loca- tion, further enhancing the range of products being offered. Niles Fence manufactures and distributes expanded metal fence sys- tems, security cages, security mesh and all the accessories that make them work. A zinc-rich interior organic coating, a chromate conversion coating, and a clear exterior organic coating provide the complete finish package that gives them superior protection against the elements and long life as a result.
