Decisiv's cloud-based platform comes with real-time dashboards and historical trend analysis tools for fl eets to manage maintenance service events. Decisiv integrates with maintenance software sys- tems used by fl eets, dealers and independent repair shops to track service event information. As part of Decisiv's setup process, fl eets can create clear defi ni- tions for how they want to measure certain metrics, such as "days out of service" for equipment downtime, says Michael Riemer, vice president of product and channel marketing.
