Helen is a China tea specialist, author, and member of the Shanghai Tea Institute, living in Singapore. Glenn Anthony John has many years of experience as editor and publisher at international trade magazines, including those for the tea and coffee industry. He founded Tea & Coffee Asia in 1999, and in 2012 he founded STiR Tea & Coffee. Dan edited Specialty Coffee Retailer and was publisher of Tea Magazine and World Tea News before joining STiR. He is a consultant, frequent speaker, and blogs at Tea-Biz.com. He and lives in Winnipeg, Canada.
