Inc., serving as a continuing educa- tion forum for water well drillers. The mayor proclaimed the day as "Indiana Ground Water Day" in the city of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Henry recognized the support of the Indiana Ground Water Association and industry members Franklin Electric (manufacturer of water and fueling systems), GEFCO (man- ufacturer of portable drillings rigs), and Baroid IDP (supplier of drilling fluid additives and services) for their contributions in providing an educational event delivering product demon- strations, the newest in mud rotary drilling utilizing solids control, and the latest in water system technologies. "It is great to have such a formidable group of companies come together to deliver a very supportive environment for professional well drillers in the groundwater industry to share information and learn about technological advances that can positively impact the quantity, quality, and avail- ability of Indiana's groundwater resources," says IGWA President Troy Alexander. Cargo securement will be the issue getting emphasized in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, CVSA said in an April 13 statement. Securement refers to both the loads on flatbed trailers and the contents of dry and refrigerated vans.
