Networking News Local women and businesses on the move Carol Rosenstock was recently named a retire- ment plan relationship manager for the M3 fi nancial team at M3 Insurance. Rosenstock will manage existing client relationships through ongoing support, communication and educational programs. Locally owned restaurant Eno Vino Wine Bar and Bistro announced that through several initiatives and with a generous donation from locally owned Network Engineering Technologies, they raised $21,150 during the month of August to benefi t the Madison chapter of the American Cancer Society, a nationwide organization dedicated to supporting individuals and preventing all forms of cancer. Accelerate Madison, a networking and business support group for the area's technology com- munity, has announced the hiring of key leaders for their group including new executive director Tammy Jackson. Previously, Jackson was public relations manager for Sonic Foundry. She succeeds Jan Moen, who held the job for eight years. 11/10/11 12:35 PM Grants Making a Difference in our Community The Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation has received a restricted federal grant and is partnering on another federal grant to enhance its work helping pregnant women quit smoking through their First Breath program. Meanwhile, The Foundation for Madison's Public Schools approved grants to 36 area schools to support projects that provide enriching activities and learning opportunities not funded within core school budgets. These grants are part of the Individual School Endowment Initiative, which is the fi rst and only program of its kind in the country. Thank You!
