On top of that, we have the most highly trained and skilled personnel in our industry. How did we do that? We hired for aptitude and attitude and provided a safe workplace. We pro- vided training in all aspects of the job. We did everything we were expected to do for our employees. Then the customer contacted us. It's time for work.
