Germany why a machine is down in Brazil. From behind his desk, the Hauni
service engineer can talk online to the engineer on site and instruct him how
to repair and restart the machine as well as how to keep production up and
running. All the latest Hauni machines come equipped with a remote service
interface, which the customer has to enable fi rst before we can take a selective,
situation-based look at the machine. Over 60% of all faults can be solved this
