The TM710e on-line tobacco gauge is used by the industry's leading tobacco processors to precisely measure moisture, nicotine, sugars, temperature and other components with consistent results. This versatile gauge measures from very low moistures up to 60% with factory-set calibration. The TM710e is engineered for the most demanding environments and performs reliably under any ambient lighting, relative humidity and temperature conditions. The TM710e also offers flexible process connectivity and intuitive operator and supervisory interfaces. The InfraLab e-Series at-line analyzer can be used anywhere in the process as part of a quality assurance system and is widely recognized for its versatility and ultra-fast measurement capabilities. The system is simple to operate and allows for a 5-second analysis of moisture, nicotine, total sugars, total volatiles and other components with minimal sample preparation while next to the production line. The InfraLab is calibrated to primary reference methods for each of these components, and due to its high accuracy significantly reduces the amount of primary testing required in the operation thereafter. Processors need only to periodically validate against the primary reference methods in order to verify the InfraLab's on-going performance. Ethernet connectivity enables easy integration with factory networks and PCs. Both the TM710e on-line tobacco gauge and InfraLab e-Series at-line analyzer provide the lowest total cost of ownership and fastest return on investment.
