bership dues. The Association offers many ways for members to connect with one another, but he wants to share more. "How do we evolve to ensure our members get something from their dues and get something fruitful from the Associa- tion that will help them in their business?" he asks. "Give them a place to reach out and get some help. I've always been an advocate of reaching back into the community as much as possible and trying to bring people together." Williams thinks it's important NGWA be a clearinghouse for information and technology, and give people a place to connect with each other, like the online Groundwater Forum available on NGWA's website at www.NGWA.org. "I feel very strongly about the peer-to-peer piece of it," Williams insists. "That's so very important to our industry's survival."
