I want to conclude now by turning to
the next year, 2016. It is new. It is fresh.
We have a chance to do things better
than ever before and avoid all those
things we wish we had done differently.
All the same, I want to draw a dis-
tinction here. I am not talking about
making our typical New Year's resolu-
tions. No, the distinction is we will
make our resolutions happen. We won't
go back to what we have always done
after a week or two.
These will stick.
You must remember the old adage,
"We can't continue to do what we have
always done and expect different re-
sults." We have to behave differently.
I wish each of you and your families
a wonderful holiday season and hope
you will join me in working hard to
make 2016 the best year so far.
The time is now.
