It works with all 12-volt lead-acid batteries, including AGM, VRLA, flooded cell and gel, and keeps up to 12 batteries as new as the day they were manu- factured. Batteries that sit idle continually discharge and are subject to a naturally occurring build-up of lead sulfate deposits that reduce their ability to accept, store and release energy. PRO-12-RP tackles both problems. A continuous cycle of low-amp charging rotates through the 12 channels reversing the normal discharge rate. At the same time, optimized high-frequency patented pulsing reduces the size and number of lead sulfate deposits, so shelved batteries stay "factory fresh". The maintenance system uses a single ac outlet safely with no sparking between the battery leads. Each of the 12 stations operate in isolation from one another, allow- ing any combination of battery brands and types to be maintained at the same time. The PRO-12-RP initiates a self-test on each battery and LED indicators will come on red, yellow or green to indicate battery status. An au- dible alarm sounds if a battery is connected improperly. Then it begins cycling through each of the connected batteries maintaining them at optimum levels. Two- year limited warranty.
