The No- vember 2015 MarketPulse Report received 80 completed responses from carrier executives. The index assesses the month on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the carrier's worst month and 10 being the best. The index level for carriers with more than 100 power units was 5.6 (5.49 in October), while the level for those with up to 100 power units was 5.00 (5.35 in October). sOuRCe: CCJ MaRkeTPulse RePORT Driver availability concerns erode even though it comes in at No. 1 again, fewer respondents list driver availability as a top concern, continuing an ongoing trend in 2015. Meanwhile, freight volume (27.3 percent) continues to grow as the second-biggest concern, with 32.1 percent of respondents from carriers with more than 100 power units listing it as a top concern compared to 16.7 percent of respondents from carriers with up to 100 power units.
