METHODOLOGY
The following report examines the results of a survey that was emailed to Truck Parts & Service subscribers. The
purpose of the survey was to gather information on how Truck Parts & Service readers use online technology, such
as smart phones and other mobile devices, computers, the Internet, digital magazines and social media.
As an incentive to complete and return the survey, respondents were offered entry into a contest in which they
could possibly win various cash prizes. After approximately four weeks, a total of 163 completed surveys were
returned and are included in this report.
