The barrels in this release underwent a variety of special seasoning processes. Some barrels were made from staves that were immersed in an enzyme rich bath with water heated to 100 degrees. After spending time in this proprietary solution, these staves were then placed into kilns and dried until they reached an ideal humidity level for crafting into barrels. Other staves were sea- soned outdoors for six months, and others were left outdoors for a full 12 months before being made into barrels and sent to Buffalo Trace Distillery to be fi lled and aged. $69.99 per 750-ml. bottle. www.buffalotracedistillery.com COOPERS' CRAFT BOURBON Brown-Forman will introduce the company's fi rst new bour- bon brand in 20 years with the release of Coopers' Craft. This new bourbon will be available in select markets this summer. In addition to being matured in barrels raised by master coopers at the Brown-Forman Cooperage, Coopers' Craft is crafted using a special beech and birch charcoal fi l- ter fi nishing process, the company says, creating a smooth and fl avorful Bourbon. Coopers' Craft will be available in the following U.S. markets initially: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Ten- nessee. Ca' Momi's is a small-batch spirit made from wine grapes, triple distilled and minimally fi ltered to preserve the natural aromatics and richness of these noble varietals, the company says. $50 per 750-ml. bottle. www.camomi.com Ca' Momi — a family-owned and operated winery in Napa, Calif. — has announced the launch of its spirits ANGELS & COWBOYS ROSÉ 2015 Angels & Cowboys has released their Rosé 2015. The fi rst vintage came out in 2013. Sales of the brand have already increased tenfold in three vintages, the company repor ts. This dry rosé features fl avors of citrus blossoms. It is well matched with seafood dishes like ceviché, the company says, and is an ideal picnic sipper. All of the Berentzen Fruit Liqueurs are made by combining all-natural juice and sun-ripened fruit with 100% single-grain wheat, the company says. The Berentzen Liqueurs can be enjoyed straight up, on the rocks, and as ingre- dients in cocktails.
