34 commercial carrier journal | may 2016 technology • Help Inc. expanded its one-device PrePass Plus weigh station bypass services to all fleets, including owner-operators and small fleets. • Vigillo, a provider of big data and data min - ing software products, announced the Vigillo BASIC Measure Analyzer, allowing users of Carrier Select to apply the Compliance Safety Accountability measures to their own custom BASIC thresholds for motor carriers and get a green light/red light returned instantly. • EBE Technologies, a provider of automated decision support applications, and Vigillo an - nounced a partnership to offer an integrated paperless carrier onboarding and compliance management solution by using a carrier's CSA basic scores as a vetting standard. • PeopleNet, a provider of fleet mobility technology, announced an integration with Wabco's Integrated Vehicle Tire Monitoring system. Wheel-mounted sensors wirelessly update tire pressures directly to PeopleNet's in-cab system. • CyntrX, a telematics service provider in the United States and Canada, announced a partnership with SpeedGauge, a provider of driver behavior and speed management solutions, to expand the CyntrX service offering by adding the SpeedGauge Safety Center, a speed monitoring tool for fleet managers to view and improve driver safety and performance. • FourKites, a provider of load tracking tech - nology, completed its integration with McLeod Software's PowerBroker enter- prise-wide broker management system. • Truck Smart Parking Services announced a partnership with eX2 Technology to deliver an Intelligent Transportation System solution to accelerate deployment of a corridorwide truck parking information network. • Cellcontrol announced a partnership with TomTom to target distracted driving among fleets. Cellcontrol has developed a custom - ized version of its proprietary safe driving platform for TomTom Bridge, a semi-rugged fleet navigation device, that restricts access to certain smartphone applications while the vehicle is in motion. • Lytx, a provider of video- and data-based driver safety solutions, announced that Byron Center, Mich.-based dedicated route hauler Martin Transportation Systems (CCJ Top 250, No. 100) selected its DriveCam safety program that combines video capture of road incidents, data analysis and personal - ized coaching insights to improve driving behavior. • EpicVue, a provider of in-cab satellite TV systems, announced that Black River Falls, Wis.-based truckload carrier Millis Transfer (CCJ Top 250, No. 115) is installing its package in most of the fleet's company tractors to enhance driver retention. • TMW Systems announced that Ginsberg's Foods, an independent food service distrib - utor based in Hudson, N.Y., is upgrading its fleet routing, scheduling, web reporting and GPS tracking capabilities by implementing Appian DirectRoute and DRTrack Operations solutions to increase efficiency, enhance service levels and reduce costs. • SmartDrive Systems announced that Fortune Transportation is deploying its video-based safety program across its fleet of more than 150 vehicles.
