PSB editor in chief Dave McMahon had a front-row seat on the whirlwind excursion. Page 6. Based on 2015 sales, the top three Hisun dealers in the U.S. earned a trip to the company's sprawling factory in Chongqing, China. (From left) Dave and Dawn Luce, owners of TNT Automotive Sales, Inc. in Billings, Mont.; Dave and Christine Ballard, owners of Ballard Golf Cars and Powersports, Couer d'Alene, Idaho; regional sales managers Steven Starkey and Dona Thach; Javaughn and Bridgette Spencer, own- ers of Lowcountry Powersports in Beaufort, S.C.; and Ryan Daugherty, Hisun USA vice president of sales and marketing. Chongqing, home to Hisun, is known for its spicy fare, and a stroll through the Hongya Cave found plenty of it. Hisun's Sector 750 UTV has seen strong sales in the U.S. thanks to its starting MSRP of $9,999 and its standard aluminum rims, roof, windshield, LED lighting, winch and more. The 7.1 million-square-foot Hisun factory in Chongqing gave the dealers a chance to see the dedication to quality performed by the company's designers, engineers, testing crew and line workers. The Clock Tower in Jiefangbei is the center of pedestrian shopping mall that features dozens of upscale stores. The Ballards, Luces, Daugherty and Starkey from Hisun, and the Spencers stopped for a photo.
