Boshart Industries announced two new additions to its sales team. Paul Hebert, Canadian sales manager began in March. He joins Boshart with a track record of suc- cess at EMCO and GSW (water heaters) before chang- ing into the fireplace indus- try. Hebert will manage the Canadian sales representatives. John Falconer, technical sales engineer, also began in March. Falconer comes from Preferred Pump and previous to that, Baker Manufacturing. Falconer's experience will help Boshart Industries grow the industrial pitless line as well as work with engineers and consult- ants to get various products specified throughout North America. Global pump manufac- turer Grundfos officially broke ground on a new 40,000-square-foot office building in Lenexa, Kansas, during an April 12 ceremony. Expected to be completed during the fall of 2017, the new LEED-certified design facility will replace Grund- fos' current Kansas City offices located eight miles southwest in Olathe. The new offices will continue to house the company's customer service, technical training, marketing, business develop- ment, and other support func- tions for the Americas region and USA Sales. The $3.85 billion Denmark-based com- pany employs 1300 people in the United States and nearly 18,000 globally with 80 com- panies located in more than 55 countries. Arthur & Orum Well Drilling Inc. in Fresno, California, was a top-five finalist for the California Business of the Year Award from California State University, Fresno Craig School of Business. The company drills from Bakersfield to Merced and has 30 drillers and six drill rigs, one of which runs around the clock. The bulk (85%) of drilling is for agri- culture and the remaining amount is for domestic drilling. Ergodyne announced the launch of its new company website. Now, www.ergodyne .com is faster, more attrac- tive, and easier to use. The website redesign is the main part of Ergodyne's over- hauled digital approach. The changes were intended to im- prove user experience for the company's current network of distributors, sales reps, and safety professionals.
