In This Issue: Contributors Chad Clink is Community Forester with The Holden Arboretum in Kirtland, Ohio. He is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist and Registered Consulting Arborist specializing in outreach and community engagement around best arboriculture and urban for- est management techniques. The Holden Arboretum is an outdoor living museum that promotes the beauty and importance of trees and other woody plants to cre- ate sustainable and healthy communities in the Great Lakes region and beyond. David Rattigan is a regu- lar contributor to the Tree Care Industry Association magazine and covers subur- ban municipal government for The Boston Globe. His work has also appeared in People Magazine, Sports Illustrated, and other publi- cations. Chad Clink David Rattigan 10 City Trees Alix Rogstad is the UCF Program Lead for Arizona State Forestry; she works with partners to build healthy and sustainable communities by promoting urban forestry awareness and fostering local action. Alix has a keen inter- est in broad-scale land man- agement challenges and she enjoys working directly with people to devise new solutions to emerging natural resource issues. She holds a BS in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University and a MS in Rangeland and Forest Management from the University of Arizona. Richard W. Harper is an Extension Assistant Professor of Urban & Community Forestry in the UMass Depart- ment of Environmental Conservation. An ISA Board Certified Master Arborist and Connecticut Licensed Arborist, Rick has over 15 years combined green industry experience both as a field technician and in Cornell University's Extension Horticulture Program.
