Summer 2016 | Mise en Place | 11 Toronto Branch's New Board Members Chef Ritchie Chosen as Official Coach to Chef Olberg at 2017 Bocuse d'Or CCFCC Toronto Branch announce new board members for 2016-2018. Shonah Chalmers, President; Warren Ford, 1st Vice President; Mitchell Lash, Treasurer; Greg Howe, Secretary. C CFCC Bocuse d'Or Canada is pleased to announce the appoint- ment of Chef Trevor Ritchie, CCC as the Official Coach to Chef James Olberg at the 2017 Bocuse d'Or in Lyon. CCFCC Toronto member, Chef Ritchie, CCC is a Chef Technologist at George Brown College and recently won the CCFCC Bocuse d'Or Canada 2016 National Selection Competition to represent Canada and the CCFCC at the 2019 Bocuse d'Or and/ or the 2018 America's Regional Qualif ying Competition. Chef Ritchie also won the 2015 Sysco CCFCC National Chefs' Challenge and placed second for Canada with Chef James Olberg at the 2015 Angliss Culinary Professional Chefs' Challenge in Singapore winning a gold medal and the Silver Cup. We strongly believe that the long standing professional respect and genuine camaraderie between Chef Ritchie and Chef Olberg will empower CCFCC Bocuse d'Or Canada to perform at its optimum and achieve outstanding success for Canada and the CCFCC at the 2017 and 2019 Bocuse d'Or.
