Welton Enterprises, a Madison-based real estate development and management company, announced that Joanna Burish (left) has been pro- moted to CEO. Burish has been with the company since 2008, when she joined as director of finance and development. Alderman Shiva Bidar-Sielaff of the 5th district was unanimously elected to serve as president of the Madison City Council. Bidar-Sielaff served as council president pro tem for the past year and has been on the council since 2009. Sheila Murray (right) has joined First Choice Dental as patient rela- tions manager, where she will serve as the primary liaison for patient care and ser- vices. Murray brings with her more than 15 years of experience in the dental industry.
