A 16-month-old bourbon made from organic corn and rye serves as the base, which is combined with apple brandy and fresh apple cider. Camp Robber retails for a suggested price of $45 per 750-ml. bottle, and is in limited quantities at the distillery in Tamworth and online through Warehouse Wine + Spirits. Hardy USA, Ltd. is now importing the Scotland's Loch Lomond Distilleries' "Island Collection" of three single-malt whiskies: Inchmurrin 12 Year Old (with a suggested retail price of $84.99 per 750- ml. bottle), Inchmurrin 18 Year Old ($159.99) and Inchmurrin Madeira Wood Finish ($94.99). Each is 46% ABV and non-chill filtered. Rogue Ales & Spirits has released 2016 Rolling Thunder Imperial Stout, its first-ever beer aged in barrels made at Rogue's cooperage. Brewed with ingredients grown at Rogue Farms and ocean-aged in whis- key-soaked handmade barrels, Rolling Thunder is available in limited quantities on draft and in 1-liter swing-top bottles wrapped in wood grain labels for a suggested price of $25. Hope Estate Family Vineyards of Hunter Valley in southwest Australia has announced three new bottles. The Ripper shiraz 2013 is aged in 50% French oak and 50% American, 14.6% ABV, and retails for $17.99 per 750-ml. bottle. The Basalt Block shiraz 2014 is aged in new and old French hogsheads for 13 months, 13% ABV, and retails for $14.99. The Mountain Wash chardonnay 2014 is aged 10 months in new and old French hogsheads, 13% ABV, and retails for $14.99. Rutherford Wine Co., a family-owned wine company based in Napa Valley, has launched Two Range Red Wine, a blend of petite sirah, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and syrah. It's aged in French oak, and is 13.5% ABV. This full-bodied red blend pays homage to Napa Valley's location between the Vaca and Mayacamas mountain ranges, the company says. The suggested retail price is $25 per 750-ml. bottle. Kir-Yianni Ramnista 2012 is 100% xinomavro and 13.5% ABV. Aromas include rich red fruit aromas, such as strawberry and sour cherry on a background of tomato and vanilla, the company says. Kir-Yianni was established in 1997 by Yiannis Boutaris, a leading figures in the Greek wine industry. The suggested retail price is $27 per 750-ml. bottle. SweetWater Brewing Co. of Atlanta has announced the release two beers: Hash Session IPA, and Hash Brown. Hash Session IPA (4.2% ABV, 55 IBUs) debuted as a spring seasonal in 2016, and due to its popularity will now be a year-round brew. Hash Brown (6.2% ABV, 60 IBUs), an infused India Brown Ale, debuted as SweetWater's fall seasonal in 2015. Conecuh Ridge Distillers has introduced Clyde May's Straight Bourbon. This five-year- old whiskey is non-chill filtered and 92 proof. The nose is soft and sweet, the company reports, with aromas of brown sugar, baked apricot, wild strawberry and nutmeg. The palate is soft, with complex aromas of barrel spice, fruit and oiled leather. The suggested retail price is $39.99 per 750-ml. bottle. Dogfish Head Brewery has released SeaQuench Ale, a session sour ale made with lime peel, lime juice, black lime and sea salt. Clocking in at 4.9% ABV and 10 IBUs, SeaQuench Ale is a citrusy-tart union of three German styles of beer, the com- pany says. Brewing begins with a batch of traditional kölsch, followed by salt-forward gose using black limes and sea salts from the Maine and Chesapeake regions, and then tart berliner weisse brewed with lime juice and lime peel. The three beers are blended together in during fermentation. Brazilian cachaça distillery Novo Fogo has released its newest expression: Graciosa Cachaça. Aged for two years in repurposed oak and finished for 18 months in castanheira do Pará (Brazil nut) bar- rels, Graciosa has an aromatic yet creamy disposition, the company says, with pecan and orchids on the nose, flavors of cherry custard and finishing notes of soft clove and anise. Graciosa is 42% ABV, and retails for a suggested price of $34.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
