Operated by NGWA, the NGWREF is a public foun- dation focused on conducting educa- tional, research, and other charitable ac- tivities related to a broader public understanding of groundwater. Sounds of Nashville Party Thursday, December 8 2:30–5 p.m. This year's wrap-up party will offer a taste of Nashville, Tennessee, the site of Groundwater Week 2017. The event, at the NGWA booth in the Exhibit Hall, will feature food, cash bar, entertain- ment, and prizes. United Rentals is the sponsor of the Sounds of Nashville Party. Water Quality and Treatment Fundamentals Workshop Friday, December 9 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Take in a session which will intro- duce working and drinking water con- taminants to anyone new to water treatment, the U.S. Environmental Pro- tection Agency's Primary and Second- ary standards, and water analyses. Groundwater Week Stage Make time to stop by the Ground- water Week Stage in the Exhibit Hall to watch the taping of live interviews with groundwater industry personnel. GWTV is a convenient way to keep up to date on Groundwater Week as it broadcasts continuously during the event in guest rooms at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino—the Groundwater Week headquarters hotel. New Products Showcase Conveniently located in the lobby area of the convention center, the New Products Showcase is open throughout Groundwater Week and allows you to get a sneak peek at the latest in products, services, and technology from select exhibitors. NGWA Bookstore The NGWA Bookstore is where you can get the latest books, DVDs, and information products from the ground- water industry.
