DECEMBER 2016 6 THE JOURNAL Being prepared to take full advantage of new marketing opportunities in the manufactured housing marketplace is the key theme for the 2017 Manufactured Housing Show in Louisville in Jan- uary 2017. Included in the vast array of resources and information being offered to show attendees are new model homes and services and products targeted at giving you the competitive advantage in today's marketplace. The Louisville Manufactured Housing Show is now recognized as the industry's PREMIER IN- DOOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING SHOW in the world! In existence for over 50 years, this annual show brings out an array of new home de- signs, the latest in technology, the best in suppli- ers' offerings and a look at all the newest amenities and system-built options the industry offers. There is no other industry forum where you can pull together such a wealth of information in one place to build your blueprint for success. The 2017 Show will be held January 18-19-20, 2017. Best Indoor Facility to Again Host Important Forum The Kentucky Exposition Center, considered one of the best indoor facilities in the nation, will again host 57 model homes on display, along with an expanded offering of industry seminars, and more than ample time to network with industry contacts and friends. Hotel Reservations Hotel rates will be affordable, $114 double/single and reservations can be made by calling 888-233- 9527 or by visiting their web link at: https://aws.passkey.com/event/15072417/owner/2812/home Cutoff date: January 06, 2017 The Crowne Plaza Hotel will again serve at the Show headquarters hotel. The Crowne Plaza is lo- cated directly across the street from the Kentucky Exposition Center, and is a mere three minutes from the Louisville Airport. There is ample, safe parking at the Kentucky Exposition Center and there could not be a more convenient show site. As with last year's show, we will again use QMS Services, Inc. of Alpharetta, GA to pro- vide web link registration services. Their services proved to be a great help to all concerned parties before the show, during the show and after the show as well. Register Early to Save Time http://www.prereg.net/2017/lmfs Last year's successful show attracted 1571 builder/developers, retailers, community own- ers/operators, and installers representing 598 dif- ferent companies. Overall reviews gave us feedback that our exhibitors were extremely pleased with the attendance and traffic flow at the 2016 Show. Sales were made, business was brisk, and the degree of enthusiasm expressed by ex- hibitors and attendees was most rewarding. "This is the most impressive line-up of semi- nars and presentations being presented during one show," says Ken Rishel, organizer of the 2017 Louisville Manufactured Housing Show Seminars. Educational Seminars Added to Expand Perspectives and Approaches Taking on a greater presence in the 2017 Show will be a series of educational seminars and pre- sentations that will deliver key information from experts from the manufactured housing industry as well as a number of housing experts from outside the industry that can add new perspectives and ap- 2017 Louisville Manufactured Housing Show January 18 th – 20 th , 2017 \ 8
