Jan 30-31: The Wine Quality Improvement work- shop at Penn State University will discuss standard sensory evaluation with a focus on identification, prevention and remediation of wine defects. Held at the Oregon Convention Center, it provides a gathering place for the wine industry to come together as a community, to learn and celebrate its achievements.
