GWC expands service area G reat Western Coatings has expanded its coating service into Central Washington along with joining Pacific Power's Energy Efficiency Alliance. GWC offers a number of services, including its fluid roof coating system, which can help cut costs for large facilities. Using the Seneca Foods plant as an example, GWC President Richard Wasilowski says that the roof coating can reduce surface temperatures as much as 100 degrees Fahrenheit, reducing cooling costs. It also acts as a sec- ond skin, increasing the roof's life at a fraction of the replacement cost, and reduces the amount of zinc and heavy metal runoff, which helps meet environmental standards. Many utility providers offer cash incentives to offset the investment. For more information, contact Great Western Coatings at 425-750-4250, or go to www.greatwestern- coatings.com.
